Foley Area C.A.R.E. - (Creating Appreciation and Reciprocity with Elders) - This program helps elders to stay healthy and independent with the intention of being able to stay in their home as long as possible to prevent or delay nursing home placement.  Geographically the program serves people age 60 and over that reside in Benton County within a 10-mile radius of the City of Foley.


Central MN Council on Aging - "committed to maintaining the highest quality of life for the elderly citizens in Central Minnesota through joint planning efforts, innovation, image enrichment, consumer input, research, volunteerism, and education.  


211 Minnesota Information & Referral - This is the link for United Way 2-1-1.    You can now dial 2-1-1 for community health and human resources help or call 1-800-543-7709.  United Way 2-1-1 provides callers with information about and referrals to human services for every day needs and in times of crisis.  United Way 2-1-1 can connect you to resources dealing with family counseling, housing assistance, food, health services, legal help, transportation, child and senior services, volunteer and donation opportunities and many more!


The Central Minnesota Falls Prevention and Home Safety Coalition - provides free Home Safety Assessments to seniors. This procedure will include assessing every room of the home, as well as the outside of the structure, for potential hazards. The resident will then be informed of the risks and ways to mitigate them.
